Another superb proof run for Cattle Services Ayr has once again cemented there place as the UKs leading supplier of Ayrshire genetics.
Rosehill Manderville the Ardmore Crown Napier son of Rosehill Black Magenta EX93 again had another fantastic proof run; Manderville had a massive increase in his overall PLI rating by increasing his final score by 64 points to now having a rating of £458 which has rarely been seen. He also increased his production to 342kg and fat % to 0.17. Manderville is available today in both sexed and conventional straws.
Hilltown Oblique offers the rare package of being a type improver and PLI specialist in one package. Oblique is a Jelyca Oblique son of the great Hilltown Snowball EX94. Oblique has the following outstanding ratings of 2.3 Type Merit, 2.1 feet and legs and £349 PLI. Oblique again is available in both sexed and conventional straws.
Other chart topping sires available from Cattle Services include The UK #1 proven feet and legs and SCC sire West Mossgiel Modern Reality. He is a Palmyra Tri-Star Reality son of West Mossgiel Miss Modem EX93. Willhome Challenger the Lagace Modem son of Willhome Gold Caroline EX94 cemented his place as the #1 udder bull in the UK with a fantastic rating of 1.8, which combined with a great rating of -12 SCC and 250kg milk make him an interesting sire to improve udders in your herd. The #1 fat % sire again is Haresfoot Panache; Panache is a Lagace Ristourn son of Haresfoot Enigma Pamela EX94. Skyfall offers the complete package with a positive rating for production of 212kg, 0.19% fat, 0.03% protein alongside a superb overall type merit of 1.8 and a feet and leg score of 1.7.
