Ayrshires take Interbreed Dairy Championships at the Great Yorkshire Show

The Ayrshire breed dominated the main Interbreed classes on the second day at the Great Yorkshire Show. Willowfields Winnie 2 won the overall Interbreed dairy cow of the Show for the Lindsay and Batty families. Linda Batty also led her milking heifer Willowfields June 2 to take the Reserve Supreme heifer Championship. The Ayrshire team of Willowfields Winnie 2, Harperfield Sandy Rose, Willowfields June 2, Moathouse Adrianne 5 and Moathouse Adrianne 16 also won the Interbreed team championship. Congratulations to all of the exhibitors for another successful day for the breed and their herds.
