Genomic update

Dear Member,
We would like to thank you for your patience with us while we have been working with Cogent to establish the most effective process to Genomic testing.
It is our understanding that there had been an internal breakdown of communication within Cogent which effected several samples submitted. We have liaised with Cogent and believe any samples outstanding should now have been processed.
The administration for all samples submitted through the Ayrshire Cattle Society is now being done inhouse by Amy. This allows us to monitor the process from the sample being submitted, to getting the results back to you. Amy is in regular contact with Cogent to chase any results she thinks are overdue.
Copies of results will be distrbuted to members within the next couple of weeks. If you are still due some results for samples that were sent in more than two months ago, please contact Amy to investigate.
